Powertrain Features
The 2025 Bronco draws 275 net horsepower from a standard 2.3-liter engine. Premium fuel increases the output by 15 net horsepower. When burning high-grade gasoline, the I-4 engine develops 325 pound-feet of torque. Aluminum dominates the turbocharged powertrain's composition. The 2025 Wrangler's 2.0-L turbo engine can't produce more than 270 net hp. This compact engine has a torque limit of only 295 lb-ft. You'll get less output from the larger Pentastar engine. Peak ratings of this 3.6-L engine include 285 hp and 260 lb-ft. This conventional V-6 engine takes advantage of automatic on/off mechanics for improved efficiency. The 2025 Bronco extracts 330 hp from the 2.7-L engine, which has a V-6 formation. This turbo powerhouse has a torque rating of 415 lb-ft. The Bronco's 3.0-L engine has a maximum output of 418 hp. Featuring the Active Valve technology, this six-cylinder engine unleashes 440 lb-ft. Most of the 2025 Bronco models run on a 10-speed automatic transmission. You could choose a seven-speed manual transmission for alternative handling. You won't get more than eight gear speeds on the 2025 Wrangler's automatic transmission.
Off-Road Capabilities
The Terrain Management System (TMS) gives the 2025 Bronco a substantial boost on rugged landscapes. This signature mechanical technology is smoothly synchronized with the G.O.A.T Modes. Whether you're going to the beach or forest, you'll find a suitable driving setting for the 4x4 drive system. This off-road warrior readily navigates mud, rocks, sand, snow, and other surfaces. You won't find as many custom driving modes from the 2025 Wrangler's Traction Management System. However, this Jeep SUV still offers some impressive off-road installations. For example, the 4x4 High Mode improves handling on rough terrains. This Trail Rated model also flaunts the Rock-Trac technology for conquering rocky landscapes. Both SUVs have locking mechanisms for the front and rear axles. Each model offers a front stabilizer bar that disconnects for increased articulation. However, no rivals could match the Bronco's High-Performance Off-Road Stability Suspension. In fact, four different H.O.S.S. editions are available for this vehicle. Ford's Trail Control and One-Pedal Drive technologies are virtually unrivaled on the market. Additionally, the Bronco wears steel bash plates for a high level of protection against extreme off-road conditions.
Technology Features
The 2025 Bronco offers a 12-inch LCD display in the instrument cluster. This highly informative display shows detailed updates on the engine, drivetrain, and other critical components. Likewise, the SYNC 4 infotainment console has a 12-inch touchscreen. On the Uconnect software, a 12.3-inch multimedia system is available on the 2025 Wrangler. You could review the Off-Road Pages on the infotainment monitor. This Jeep SUV also has a 4G Wi-Fi hub with an effective range of approximately 50 feet. You'll get reliable wireless connectivity from the FordPass Connect system. Additionally, the AppLink and 911 Assist are accessible from the SYNC 4 platform.
